Labor Day Weekend

For our Labor Day weekend we headed up to the cabin with Scott and Katie. We pretty much just relaxed, ate food, watched movies and played games. It was pretty cold up there and it even snowed. So we bundled up and stayed inside most of the day.

One of the days we ventured out for a "picnic" lunch up at the lake. We got there and it was way too cold to stay outside for too long. So we took a few pictures (Brookie was sleeping in the car) and ate our lunches in the car. But the lake sure was pretty with the snow capped mountains.

We made so much good food while we were up there. BBQ steak, homemade ice cream, lasagna just to name a few.

We came back from the cabin on Monday morning and we were planning on going straight to the water park but the weather wasn't very warm. So instead we went and got lunch at Burgers Supreme. Which is my favorite fast food ever. There chicken sandwich and fries are to die for!

Then Adam and I went and saw The Avengers movie while Brooklyn went to the Salt Lake Cemetery with Grandma and Grandpa. The movie was pretty good. I usually don't like movies like that but it was ok.

And we went to dinner with my parents at Archibald's in Gardner Village. Brookie was being such a bad little girl and was screaming and crying the whole time. She usually loves going out to eat and just sitting and chowing down on food.

After we went across the street to the West Jordan cemetery where my Great Grandparents are buried. Brooklyn hated the grass.

I seriously love 3 day weekends and this one did not disappoint!
