Last Saturday was free fishing day in Utah so we headed up American Fork canyon to see if we could catch anything. We went with Sarah, Branden, Addie and little baby Maysie. We didn't catch anything but it was still a lot of fun. Addie had a little pink Dora fishing pole that was so cute and I think Adam liked it better than the real fishing poles. It was fun just sitting on the side of the lake and relaxing and eating our lunches. The water level kept rising so we had to keep moving all of our stuff back, it was funny. 
After we were done fishing we drove over the Cascade Springs and walked around for a bit. Adam and I had never been there before so it was fun to see all of the waterfalls. Very cool.
Then we ended the night with some yummy Mexican food at Los Hermonos. It was extra delicious because I haven't had Mexican food since we started our diet. I forgot how much I love Mexican food...so good!!
