Every year the Hogle Zoo does trick-or-treating and all the kids come dressed up in their costume. Our cute neighbors, the Sperry's, invited us to come with them this year. Brookie had a blast especially since she loves playing with their two little boys and I loved that she got to wear her costume again. Our favorite animals were the elephants and the giraffes. I also took Brookie for a little ride on the carousel and she was so funny. She was a little nervous the whole time and just held on tight to the pole but was kind of laughing at the same time. It was pretty cute. We only trick-or-treated a little bit because there were lots of kids but it's probably good thing that Brookie didn't eat more candy. After the zoo we all went to Red Robin for a delicious lunch since we were all starving. And then we came home for naps because we were exhausted! It was a pretty fun day.
