I have been loving the cooler weather, and since Adam has been so sick we've had to stay inside so he doesn't get pneumonia. We've been making dinner at home, turning our fireplace on and watching episodes of The Office. Saturday night we decided to make caramel apples but they were a complete disaster. After a few minutes the caramel was too hard to eat. So, we tried again tonight. They turned out a lot better this time. The only thing wrong was that the caramel puddled at the bottom, but they still tasted SO delicious.
Now I'm on a quest to make a caramel apple that tastes good but also looks beautiful.
This may be a life long ordeal.
