The next stop on our trip was Lake Havasu. It is such a gorgeous lake and we can't wait to go back someday with a boat. We got there in the evening and changed into our swimsuits just in time for swimming in the lake at sunset. It was perfect. We got some dinner and ate at the hotel pool. The next morning we drove to the Grand Canyon. I've always wanted to go and so we decided to make it happen on our way home. It took forever to drive there but it was pretty awesome. It was kind of not what I expected but still gorgeous and something everyone should do once in their life. Then we headed home We were going to get another hotel to break up the drive but we ended up just driving all the way home and getting home really early in the morning. It was a crazy, spontaneous trips with so many great memories!
