We had such a fabulous Christmas Eve. We both had the day off so we spent it together. We slept in, went to lunch together, and then did some last minute shopping for some gifts we still needed to get. Walmart was a nightmare but we were able to get everything we needed.
Later that evening we went with my family to Draper Rehab to visit all of the residents there. This has been a tradition for many years and it's always a lot of fun even though it's a little smelly at times. It's so sweet when you really get talking to residents and they are so sad when you leave. They all appreciate visitors so much.
Katie and Danny were both working at Draper Rehab that night so they were able to visit all of the residents with us.
Then we all went out to dinner to Chili's, which was delicious as always!
We all headed home to finish getting ready for Christmas. Since Katie & Danny live with us, Liz decided to spend the night at our house as well. We had a lot of fun taking pictures by the Christmas tree and opening a few presents before we went to bed so Santa could stop and visit us:)
