Brooklyn's birthday party wasn't the only thing we did to celebrate her birthday. In the morning we took her to IHOP and she got her very own pancake from the kids menu. We never get her a meal of her own but on her birthday she got one and she ate most of it. She was in heaven the whole time.
And after the party we went swimming at Seven Peaks with my mom, Emma, Sarah, Addie, Maysie and Deborah. Brookie was so cute in her new swimsuit we gave her for her birthday and she was just walking around everywhere. (Side note: she learned how to stand up by herself on her birthday. She usually needs to grab onto something to stand up but now she just stands up in the middle of the room!)
And we ended the night going to Chili's for Brookie's birthday dinner. I think she had the most fun playing with the rocks outside while we were waiting to be seated.
It was a pretty fun day celebrating our little babe!
