Last weekend was full of memorable moments and I just want to remember each fun event.
- Katie's Bachelorette Party - Last Friday night we had a bachelorette party for Katie. While the guys all went to Hooters for Danny's bachelor party the girls all got together for some yummy snacks and then we all went to a pole dancing class. It was SO much fun and was such a great workout. The perfect way to celebrate Katie's last few days as a single lady.
- The Temple With Katie - Katie went to the Draper temple Saturday afternoon to receive her endowment. It was such an absolutely perfect day and I was so proud of Katie. The spirit was so strong in the temple and we were so glad we could share that special day with her. After the temple we all we out to lunch at La Hacienda.
- Carl Bloch Exhibit - I got tickets to go the the Carl Bloch art exhibit at the BYU Museum of Art Saturday night. They gave us IPads to use and carry around the exhibit which had videos and panoramic views of the original locations of each piece of art. We had a lot of fun there and it may or may not have inspired us to purchase an IPad.:) After the exhibit we stopped at Krispy Kreme for some donuts and hot chocolate. My pumpkin spice donut was delicious. It was a perfect little date night.
- Family Wedding Shower - Sunday night my Dad's side of the family threw Katie and Danny a wedding shower. We had dinner and dessert at my my Aunt Martha's house and then the love birds got loads of awesome presents. It was so fun to be with the family all night.
