I was so excited to throw Brooklyn a birthday party this year. This was her first friend party and she chose a mermaid theme. She invited all of her neighborhood girl friends and all of her cousins. She was so excited waiting for everyone to come. My friend braided her hair to look like a mermaid. Right before everyone came over she said to me, "Thanks mom for giving me this party! You are the best mom ever!" I love getting to be her mom and throw her parties and make her feel special. We had everyone come in their swimsuits and swim and play in the water in our front yard. It was so much fun and she got lots of fun gifts from everyone. What a fun age 4 is!
