Christmas

Christmas was so much fun with Brooklyn this year. Last year she got a little overwhelmed with all of the presents but this year she couldn't get enough of all the festivities. Her big present this year was a doll house. In the morning after we were all ready to go out in the family room she ran over to it and loved it! She kept thanking us for buying it for her. She actually saw it in the garage a few days before Christmas on accident. We told her the dollhouse was from Santa and she said, "No, I saw it in the garage a few days ago!" ha! So we had to then tell her it was from Mommy and Daddy.
▲▲▲Adam and I both went out on our own and got her a few things for her stocking and we both happened to get her a yellow pony. She thought it was so funny that Santa gave her two of the same ponies.
▲▲▲Tom and Toni got Brooklyn a dress-up box of Frozen dresses and when she opened it she said, "It's not Halloween!" ha! She loves the dresses though and wears them all the time.
▲▲▲Spoiled little girl got a pink tablet. She loves watching YouTube videos.
▲▲▲We of course had to get her some Frozen dolls. And it snowed on Christmas morning! yay! We all were so excited to see snow so Adam went outside after opening presents and snowblowed the driveway.
▲▲▲Brooklyn is obsessed with play dough so she made Daddy play with her new play dough set.
Later on in the day we went to my mom's house with my whole family and had our traditional ribs, rice, and cornbread for dinner. So yummy!!
▲▲▲Grandma and Grandpa Egbert came over and spoiled us all with gifts!
▲▲▲That night I found Brooklyn fast asleep under the Christmas tree. She was so worn out from such a fun day of festivities.
